The preferred method of payment is BACS Bank transfer to our bank account. We will also accept Cash. Cheques will be accepted for orders, but must they must clear funds to our account before items leave us.
PayPal button are available on some products.
All Airguns and many of their components must be collected in person, where proof of ID/age will be required.
We require photo / age identification – Passport or Photo driving licence
Proof of address –please provide a recent utility bill or statement.
We can arrange delivery to another Registered Firearms Dealer for you to collect. Please let us know your preferred local RFD and we will make arrangements. You will need to pay the Delivery costs (around £20). There may also be a collection fee charged by the RFD of between £10-25. Please check with us, but we usually can help towards fee cost.
If you live locally in the Eastern region of the UK, we may be able to deliver direct to your house at an arranged time for a face to face transaction. Please contact us for details. We usually charge £20 for this service.
Pay button purchases price for Zone 1 postal areas – England, Wales and parts of Scotland. Extra charges may apply to Highlands, Northern Island etc

Stock and Availability
Only a small amount of stock is kept. Most items will be supplied to customer’s individual requirements. Please contact us for available stock or delivery time for custom order.
Sure Shot Airguns Ltd currently only supply to UK customers and do not export.
All prices shown are in GBP £ (UK Pounds Sterling). They are the total payable price inclusive of all taxes.

Although every effort if made to show accurate prices, due to many options on some items, please contact us for actual price.
We can accept payments by telephone or in person using a Credit or Debit card. Payment by Bank Transfer will be accepted on request. We will accept cheques by post, but goods will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared.
Airguns and their component parts can only be sold face to face at out premises or collected from another Registered Firearms Dealer – see Air Guns Terms and Condition section.
Subject to availability, all orders will dispatch next day where possible.
Only goods fully paid for will be dispatched. Items will be sent by Royal Mail or Couriers as appropriate to size and value. The price and type of service will be agreed at time or sale.
Cancellation and Returns
Please take every care to give us your exact requirements before ordering. We will make every effort to supply the correct item in the best of conditions. However if you change your mind or something has gone wrong with the process:
Made to order/measure items cannot be cancelled once items are dispatched.
Call or email us within 7 days of receipt of the item(s) with your order details
Items must be unused and in all their original packaging
Cancelled goods must be returned to us at the purchasers own risk and expense.
Before returning any item please call or email us. Do not return any items until we have contacted you about how and when to do so.
You wish to return and item:
If you receive an item that you wish to return, you may do so within 30 days of the date you receive the item. Returned items must be in their original, unopened condition.
You will need to pay for the return postage of the items – you will be responsible for the condition of the item(s) until they reach us – we would suggest that you use a secure or recorded delivery method which requires a signature on delivery. Once we have received the item, and it is in satisfactory condition, we shall make a refund to you
You received the wrong or a faulty/damaged item:
We will arrange a replacement to be sent to you.
A refund for item being returned.
In the circumstance of the item being wrong, damaged or faulty we will be responsible for the cost of the returns postage. We will instruct you on how item will be returned.
A replacement or refund will only be sent after we have received the item back.
